Finding the right real estate agent can make the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience. Here are some things to consider when looking for a Realtor to work with.
First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I am a FULL TIME Realtor with over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business.
Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my many years of experience (I have been a full time realtor in Washington County for the past 9 years) - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.
Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. You'll love the resources available on my website and the e-mail alerts that I send, but these will never replace the time I spend with you, serving as your personal guide through this exciting process.

About me: I have over 20 years experience in the real estate business and have been a full time Realtor in Washington County for 9 years. I am a member of the Washington County Board of Realtors where I have held many positions and I currently serve on the MLS Tour Committee and the Government Affairs Committee. I attend our weekly MLS meetings and go out and tour the new listings that our Realtor members hold open during our MLS tours each week. I also am in charge of conducting the Realtor's tours in the Hurricane area. With all my involvement and activity with the tours and MLS meetings I am able to stay right on top of our market trends and be uniquely familiar with a large variety of homes in all areas within Washington County. I very much enjoy working with both buyers and sellers and I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. My goal is to assist my clients in making the best possible decisions regarding the purchase or sale of a home. Once we have been successful in negotiating a contract for purchase, I monitor and direct the transaction through the due diligence and escrow process to ensure that we reach a successful conclusion without any unexpected hurdles to cross or surprises to overcome.
